Description | DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) Sources Sought 36C24623Q0070 OVERVIEW: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for services to complete the below scope of work. The place of performance will be on the hospital campus of the Richmond VA Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia. Forward all questions to the point of contact identified below. This is not a preA- solicitation notice; the purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 but is subject to revision prior to release of a solicitation. SCOPE OF WORK: Provide construction services, alterations necessary to renovate the Spinal Cord Injury Unit for patient privacy per plans and specifications at the Richmond VAMC, Richmond, VA. General: The overall intent of this project includes, but is not limited to the following: The Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the renovation of the existing Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Ward (Area 1V) on the first floor of Building 500 at the Richmond VAMC as required by the project drawings and specifications. SMALL BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS: For market research purposes, all responses to this notice will be reviewed, regardless of small business/socioeconomic category, including those firms that are identified as large businesses. Review of responses to this notice will support later determination of set-aside requirements. NAICS CODE: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (SBA Size Standard: $39.5 million annual revenue). MUST have knowledgeable experience. PRODUCT OR SERVICE CODE (PSC): Y1DA, Construction of Hospitals and Infirmaries THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request is for capability information and does not constitute as a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
