Full Service Water Tank Rehabilitation and Maintenance Program

The Town of Munster, Indiana, hereby known as the ""Town"" is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to contract for a 5-year full-service maintenance and asset management program for seven individual water storage tanks. The services in this contract will include, but not be limited to, inspection services, rehabilitation and repair, repainting, washout, disinfection, and preventative maintenance associated with the water storage tanks. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Town Manager's office. The Town reserves the right to waive formalities in any proposal and to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part with or without cause and/or to accept the proposal that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the Town, potentially irrespective of cost. The Town specifically reserves the right to reject any conditional proposal and will normally reject those which make it impossible to determine the intent of the proposal.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
