Parking Lot Gate Motor & Control Replacement/Upgrade

Purchase and Install Four (4) Electric Automatic Gate Motors and Access Control System Services for the EDD facility located at 1225 4 th Avenue, Oakland, CA 94606. The Contractor will purchase and install new motors and controls for 4 chain driven electrical/mechanized automatic parking lot gate(s) for the EDD facility located at 1225 4th Avenue, Oakland, CA 94606. The Contractor shall not assign or sublet any work covered by this Agreement. SPECIFICATIONS o MOTOR - Purchase and install four (4) SL3000UL AC High-Traffic Commercial Slide Gate Operator with chains and control systems or similar, o GEAR - Check oil level, check pulley, check sprockets, clean gear(s). o CHAIN - Purchase and install, tighten and or adjust chains per manufacturers specifications, check chain bolt, check links, apply grease or approved lubricant by hand. o LIMITS and CAMS - Check and set cams, limit switches, grease rod, set cams, check wiring, and test per industry standards. o GATE - Check welds, wheels, hinges, guide rollers and track. Check around gate for any debris or possible hazards that could place in jeopardy the proper functioning of the gate and modify/repair as needed to accommodate new system. o CONTROLS - Purchase and Install loops, switches, intercoms, keypads, make necessary modifications to mounting post, test to verify function.
