Description

THE PROJECT GENERALLY CONSISTS OF: The demolition of existing recreational amenities and sidewalks. Proposed improvements include installation of a new double tennis court, a double pickleball court, a volleyball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, sidewalks, retaining walls, fencing, new dumpster enclosure, resurfacing of an existing court, relocation of existing gaga ball, asphalt paving, storm drainage, erosion control, and landscape. Coordination with Blue Ridge Energy for installation of new light fixtures. No pre-bid meeting will be held.
