Description

Project Description: Level 3 alteration of the Public Works Department Building that includes a 1,339 sf expansion at the second floor level. The 2,560 sf existing building footprint is to remain as is for a total building project area of 4,905 sf. The renovation includes the interior reconfiguration of rooms, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, new windows, siding, and exterior lighting, relocating building entrances, and structural improvements to the existing foundation. Site development includes a new screen around mechanical equipment, new concrete sidewalk, accessible ramp, crosswalk, the reconfiguration of parking stalls, including EV charging stations and stalls, and a diesel-powered generator.
