Description

The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to remove all water from floor, clean all hard surfaces, shampoo, shampoo office cubicles, dehumidify area, dry inside walls, dry carpet, apply disinfectant and germicide to prevent any mold growth. 1.1. Work to include but not limited to, drilling holes in walls, using high velocity air movers, industrial dehumidifiers for the duration of the drying out process. Repairs to the building will not be done under this contract. 1.2. Approximate 6500sqft of floor to be cleaned
