Reference Number 0000336198 The project consists of two major "sub-projects", hereinafter defined as Bid Schedule 1 and Bid Schedule 2. Bid Schedule 1 consists of all work within the boundaries of the Northern Colorado Business Park - a.k.a. Hayden Business Park and all work associated with connecting to existing roadways and utilities within the boundaries of the Yampa Valley Regional Airport property. Bid Schedule 2 consists of all work north of the boundaries of the Northern Colorado Business Park - a.k.a. the Highway 40 Interceptor Sewer. Bidders can bid any individual bid schedule or both bid schedules. Contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive, base bidder of each Bid Schedule. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all BIDS from any individual Bid Schedule.
