8(a) Set-Aside The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Greater Southwest Region, intends to solicit proposals for Full Maintenance Services in Laredo, Texas. Offerors will be expected to provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies (shipping and handling) and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems, custodial, grounds maintenance, and all related services located within the property line of the following locations: Border Patrol Sector Headquarters 207 West Del Mar Blvd, Laredo, TX Columbia Port of Entry Termination SH-255, Laredo, TX Convent Port of Entry 100 Zaragoza Street, Laredo, TX Lincoln-Juarez Port of Entry Termination of I-35, Laredo, TX U.S. Courthouse 1300 Victoria Street, Laredo, TX World Trade Port of Entry 715 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX Offerors will be expected to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform Operations and Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Grounds Maintenance. The facilities covered by this solicitation encompasses approximately 900,000 aggregate square feet in approximately 6 buildings (buildings range in size from 23 square feet to 125,000 square feet.
