| Description | The purpose of this bid solicitation is to establish contracts with qualified bidders for Tree & Brush Power Shearing, Trimming, Mulching and Removal Services in accordance with the attached specifications and ODOTs Standard Terms and Conditions. ODOT will accept all responsive bids submitted on or before the specified bid opening date and award. ODOT reserves the right to utilize its direct purchasing authority and purchase from other sources off contract when bidders are unable to meet the requirements of this contract.
