| Description | Scope of Services (1) Replace 50 point addressable Fire Alarm Control/Communication Panel and back up batteries. (2) Replace LCD Remote Annunciator (qty 2) (3) Replace all addressable point Modules (4) Replace all Smoke Detector’s qty 30 (5) Replace all addressable heat detector’s qty 30 (6) Replace cellular fire alarm communicator (7) Replace all wiring and parts as needed throughout system to complete install (8) Install underground line with conduit to Integrate/connect Cutter Support Building fire monitoring system into Main building fire system. Program the main building control panel to monitor both buildings. (9) Contractor will obtain permits needed to complete work (10) Add 01 smoke detectors into Station IT room (11)Add 01 heat detectors into Cutter Support Mechanical room (12) Use existing horn/strobes and pull station in both buildings (13) Connect all smoke alarms, heat sensor, and duct alarms to the main fire alarm control panel. Qty 30 (14)System needs to meet code NFPA requirements |
