Manhole covers and related parts must be new, never used, complete and ready to be installed. All must be American made of American Materials. ITEM 1: Manhole Frame and cover part # 367 with ES Jefferson County Sanitary Sewer Lid, 7-5/8" Over-all-height with a 6" rise. NOTE: Material: ASTM-A48 CLASS 35B GRAY IRON; RING WEIGHT: 200 LBS. APP COVER WEIGHT: 105 LBS. APP ITEM 2: Manhole Frame and cover part # 367 with Jefferson County Bolted Water Tight Frame and cover with 7-5/8 Over-all-height and with a 6" rise. NOTE: Material: ASTM-A48 CLASS; 35 GRAY IRON. COVER WEIGHT: 125 LBS. APP RING WEIGHT: 170 LBS. LOAD RATING: HEAVY DUTY: 2 ITEM 3: Manhole Frame and cover part # 371G with ES Jefferson County Sanitary Sewer Lid, 4-3/4" Over-all-height with a 4" rise. NOTE: Material: ASTM-A48 CLASS; COVER WEIGHT: 125 LBS. APP 35 GRAY IRON; RING WEIGHT: 150 LBS. APP LOAD RATING: HEAVY DUTY NOTE: The above Manhole Frame and covers must be American made and manufactured, along in accordance with the drawings A311, A4312 AND A4751 that were mailed with the solicitation page. No other product will be accepted by Jefferson County.
