No pre-bid meeting/site walk planned. No Engineer's estimate available All questions regarding proposal/ bid requirements should be directed to the Project Manager: Irene O'Sullivan, Senior Engineer Fairfield-Suisun Sewer District Email: iosullivan@fssd.com Owner reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Proposals/ Bids or to cancel this RFP and Procurement Documents in its entirety, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional Proposals/ Bids, and to reject the Proposal/ Bid of any Proposer if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of Owner to make an award to that Proposer. Owner also reserves the right to waive informalities or minor variances in proposals/ bids if such waiver does not modify the RFP and Procurement Documents requirements or excuse the Proposer from full compliance with the RFP and Procurement Documents. Notwithstanding any minor variance, Owner may hold any Proposer to strict compliance with the RFP.
