Professional Services for Community Shuttle ADA Project

Provide the Consultant with a list of the Community Shuttle Stop Locations to be inventoried and assessed for ADA compliance during the term of the Contract. The selected firm will provide all professional services required to complete the Community Shuttle Stop ADA Compliance Project. The professional services include: site plan design; preparing construction documents and cost estimates; and provide construction management and inspection services for the project. The Firm must provide sufficient oversight of them Contractor’s work to ensure the project is constructed according to the approved plans and specifications. The Firm will coordinate closely with Town of Davie staff on some of the specific tasks for this project. The professional services contracted to complete this project will proceed in four (4) phases with the associated tasks as follows, but not limited to the following: 1. Phase 1 – Engineering Design Phase 2. Phase 2 – Bid Phase 3. Phase 3 – Construction Phase 4. Phase 4 – Post-Construction Phase
