| Description | 1.) Remove the existing asphalt shingles, underlayment and flashings down to the existing deck and properly dispose of all materials. 2.) Install new ice and water shield over the entire roof surface. 3.) Furnish and install new dimensional asphalt shingles throughout. 4.) Install new metal valleys, soil stacks, and flashing throughout. 5.) Install new starter strip and ridge vent throughout. 6.) Furnish & install new 6” gutter including 6” gutter accessories, roof to gutter flashing transition, downspouts, elbows and necessary accessories pertaining to the new gutter system. Match the existing color. |
