2021 Village of Huntley MFT Street Program

1.5" Grind and Overlay Edge Grind and Overlay Residential Roadway Resurfacing. All rehabilitation methods will include spot repairs to curb and gutter (at locations of poor drainage, deteriorated concrete or at ADA ramps) PCC sidewalk repairs (at trip hazards and ADA accessible ramps retrofits). Also included will be select HMA or PCC driveway replacement meeting the Village’s previously established criteria from past MFT Street Programs and any necessary structure adjustments, replacement of damaged public utility frames and lids in the roadway, replacement of defective roadway drainage structures and installation of thermoplastic pavement markings. All work shall be performed at the Village of Huntley and the ENGINEER’s discretion.
