Description | As of August 16, 2022, project was awarded to awarded to Wolf Paving, but awarded amount is not available. To determine Bidder's qualifications to perform the Work, within five (5) days of Owner's request, Bidder shall submit written evidence establishing its qualifications. Project includes, but shall not be limited to, approximately 165 square yards of base patching for base bid; approximately 65 square yards of base patching for mandatory alternates; work zone traffic control; and final cleanup required to complete construction. Project location includes various locations within the City of Columbus limits. Contractor on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin. Construction time is of the essence. Contractor shall perform and complete all required Work on or before October 13, 2022. The City of Columbus reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. Contractor shall, prior to the commencement of Work: 1. Execute Agreement. 2. Furnish to the City a Performance Bond in an amount at least equal to their Bid as security for the faithful performance of all of Contractor's obligations. This bond shall remain in effect until one year after the date when final payment becomes due except as provided otherwise by Laws or Regulations. 3. Contractor shall provide to City written proof of the following insurance coverages: a. Commercial General Liability of $2,000,000 combined single limit, annual aggregated for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage; and with a minimum of $1,000,000. b. Automobile liability of $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident for bodily injury and property damage. c. Worker compensation limits as required by the State of Wisconsin. d. Employer's liability limits of $1,000,000 per accident. |
