North Andover Middle School Addition / Renovations Project

Project Description: The Project consists of a two-story, 25,500+/- GSF addition to the existing North Andover Middle School, the required sitework (vehicular pathway re-routing, hardscape, landscaping) and utility work (stormwater drainage, light poles) that is associated with the addition, and miscellaneous renovation scopes of work within the existing North Andover Middle School. Further clarification on the renovation work is within the RFQ “Two-Phase” Selection Process Selection of Subcontractors for the Project will be conducted in a two-phase process as set forth in M.G.L. c. 149, § 44D¾. Subcontractor firms must first be prequalified in the Phase One – RFQ/Prequalification Phase in order to bid on the Project in Phase 2 – RFP/Bidding Phase. The Town of North Andover reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submissions, and to waive any informalities in the submissions received, if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town. Construction is anticipated to begin July 2023 with a project duration of 12 months.
