4th Street and Broadway Pedestrian Crossing

Procure Materials and complete a pedestrian crossing at 4th street and broadway. The 4th street broadway and pedestrian crossing design includes a new crosswalk from the northeast corner to the southeast corner of the fourth street and broadway intersection. The crosswalk will entail wo new american disabilities act compliant sidewalks ramps and landing a raised pedestrian island, painted crosswalk marking and pedestrian crossing flashing beacons. for added pedestrian crossing safety, there will be two curb bump outs with tree planteres and stormwater filtration system. The design also included 50 liner feet of new sidewalk and parking reconfiguration on the north side of Broadway. Finally, the westbound traffic lanes on broadway between fourth and fifth street will be reduced to a single lane
