RFP D/B - B20 Sewer Replacement and Bathroom Renovation

The overall architectural design goal for the facility restroom renovation is to provide a functional, visually appealing facility that is a source of pride for the facility users. The RFP restroom demolition drawings and scope of work chart adheres to the RFP functional space requirements and is acceptable to the Government. This does not preclude the Contractor from making improvements to the design so long as such improvements are consistent with the requirements of the RFP and acceptable to the Government. The RFP restroom demolition drawing plans have been provided to illustrate scope of work and spatial adjacencies. The Contractor shall provide a complete design. The intent of this RFP is to allow the Contractor to renovate this facility in an economical manner without sacrificing good architectural practices, quality and durable materials, and efficient systems. This section provides general architectural criteria to be utilized for proposal and design purposes $5-10 Million *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
