RFP Design - Milliken State Park - Dry Dock Erosion

LEIN Check (Department of Corrections ONLY) All contractor / vendor representatives attending Preproposal Walk Through Meeting must submit a Vendor / Contractor LEIN Request form five business days prior to the meeting date (See the attached Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request Form). Send the LEIN Request form, filled and signed, by email to Daniel T. Smith at email address: smithD76@michigan.gov . The email Subject must include (facility name, project name, date and time of Pre-Proposal Walk Through Meeting). The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB), in partnering with the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking proposals for Phase 100 Study to investigate the causes and remedies for the concrete sea wall at the east side of historic dry dock leaning outwards and causing erosion under the sidewalk along the seawall of the dry dock. DTMB is requesting that professionals provide cost estimates for the construction remedy and include professional costs for Phases 200 - 700. Please note, the recommended firm will likely only be awarded Phase 100 services.
