JW Leary Junior High School: The project includes but is not limited to hazardous materials abatement; exterior renovations including masonry restoration, interior renovations including ceiling replacement, door and hardware replacement, storefront replacement, window shade replacement, and interior finishes including flooring materials and display boards, locker replacement; Mechanical systems renovations including replacement/reconfiguration of air-handlers, ductwork and controls; Electrical systems renovations including power distribution, security cameras, data, lighting, public address, fire alarm and service upgrades; Plumbing renovations including toilet room reconfigurations, domestic and sanitary piping modifications; kitchen and cafeteria area reconfiguration; gymnasium floor renovations; including all associated appurtenances. Central Administration Building: Project includes but is not limited to mechanical system renovations including unit replacements for District server room, District global head-end energy management/BAS control system replacement; Electrical renovations including fire alarm system replacement, new security camera installations, public address system replacement and clock system replacement; and all associated appurtenances.
