Description 1. Remove and dispose of four (4) existing fan coil units in the conference room and three (3) offices within the cistern gallery. a. Fan Coil water lines must be cut to be flush with the floor and capped off. b. Electrical wires and conduit must be cut to be flush with the floor. c. Electrical wires will be disconnected from source panel by owner prior to demolition. 2. Repair, prepare and paint the wall behind the existing fan coil units. a. At least two (2) coats of flat, latex finish paint, matching the existing color, must be applied. b. At least twenty-four (24) hours must separate the time between the application of the first coat and the application of the second coat. c. Only Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 or greater shall be used. 3. Repair and paint all cistern gallery walls: a. At least two (2) coats of flat, latex finish paint, matching the existing color, must be applied. b. At least twenty-four (24) hours must separate the time between the application of the first coat and the application of the second coat. c. Only Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 or greater shall be used. 4. Remove and dispose of the current carpet and cove base in the cistern gallery, gift shop, and front desk area. 5. Replace the existing carpet and cove base in the cistern gallery, gift shop and front desk area: a. The carpet must be replaced with: Milliken: Ghost Artist, Facade - FAC94-96 UMBTA b. The cove base must be replaced with a 6" cove base in dark brown that matches the existing base. 6. Remove and dispose of six (6) partition walls in the cistern gallery. 7. Repair any damage to the existing and adjacent brick column in the cistern gallery.
