S. Silverleaf Street Reconstruction

The Project includes the following Work: Project includes the reconstruction of 0.06 miles of S. Silverleaf Street from Grout Street to Cedar Avenue (M-61). Project to include sanitary sewer lead replacement, fire hydrant, storm sewer, curb and gutter, drive approaches, HMA paving, sidewalk, and ADA ramps. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 150 Ton HMA, 13A 150 Ton HMA, 3C 1,168 Syd Aggregate Base, 8 inch 589 Ft Curb and Gutter (various types) 1,731 Sft Sidewalk, Conc, 4 inch. City of Gladwin, hereinafter called the Owner, reservesthe right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
