Description | The project scope includes the phased new construction of the following; a Residence Inn with a 4,100-square-foot restaurant; a 63,200-square foot, 4 story building with 40 units, 15,800-square-feet of ground level retail space and underground parking; a 4 story,47 unit micro-unit apartment building with ground floor parking; three, 26,600-square-foot, two unit townhome buildings; a 5 story, 120,500-square-foot, 64 unit apartment building with ground floor parking; a 5 story, 126,500-square-foot, 50 unit multi-family building with a rooftop deck, pool and fitness center and underground parking and 4 acres of green space on 39.2 acres at 1185 and 1195 Shelburne Road. As of February 24, 2023 the project is in planning stage and seeking master plan sketch plan approval from the City of South Burlington Development Review Board. A meeting was held February 22, 2023, but the results are not yet available. Information regarding the architects, general contractor and method of selection has not been released. A construction timeline has not been determined, but is not expected to begin before the spring of 2024. |
