Design build team to renovate/ upgrade the Baseball and Softball fields with much needed specific improvements. Baseball scope: New synthetic surface for both the infield and outfield to replace existing sod / synthetic field. Repair outfield fence by removing all existing plywood and providing new plywood painted sheets to existing structure. Provide remote control for lights. Provide new carpet, paint, ceilings, doors and windows for the Press box. Approximately 900 SF Update sound systems SS200 Live Video display Signage, miscellaneous clean up and overall aesthetics Softball scope: Update existing lighting by providing new poles and upgraded lighting 50/30. Provide new carpet, paint, ceilings, doors and windows for the Press box. Approximately 900 SF Improve parking lot New sound system SS 200 Signage, miscellaneous clean up and overall aesthetics. Reconnect IT underground to communicate with campus
