Description

A design for an egress ramp and deck off the back of the residence. The current deck will remain the current dimensions. Vendor will follow all A.D.A requirements for a Handicap ramp. This deck will require tech-no post to replace concrete piers. A detailed railing print, secondary handrail height, spindle height and spindle spacing. At the end of the ramp a detailed print for concrete landing. A concrete sidewalk is required from the end of the ramp to the existing driveway
