Description

Reconstruction and improvements of Rainbow Boulevard which is located between Northern Boulevard and Southern Boulevard in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The complete roadway reconstruction will include two 12’ lanes, 6’ shoulders and bar ditches, asphalt turnouts with dip sections for the existing platted dirt roadways, some curb and gutter will be included on the east half of Rainbow Boulevard between Pecos Loop and Southern Boulevard.
