| Description | All materials furnished under the terms of the contract shall meet the requirements as set forth in the “Maryland Department of Transportation, State Highway Administration Standard Specifications for Construction and Material” dated July 2008 and amended to date with reference to Section 503 and any attached specifications. Cecil County Government reserves the right to require the contractor to furnish approved substitute materials if the specified materials are deemed environmentally unsafe during the term of the contract. |
