Concrete Paving At Upper Wastewater Treatment Plant

The Contractor shall provide the following services: 1. Prep and pour concrete and curbing where required, as indicated in Attachment 3, Concrete Paving Detail. All measurements on the drawing are approximate and must be field verified by the contractor for accuracy. 2. Raise all valve boxes in the area to be poured (project area) so the top of the valve is flush with the newly poured concrete. 3. Any damage to existing pavement or County property caused by the contractor shall be their responsibility to repair. 4. Provide a smooth transition from the existing concrete surfaces to the new concrete. 5. Remove and dispose of all old materials and debris from site after the pour is complete (not in a County/W&S dumpster). 6. Backfill and tamp areas around the new concrete with good topsoil after the pour is complete.
