Architect and Engineering Design and Project Management and Oversight Service Term Contract

Architect & Engineering (A&E) Firms, in accord with Florida Statute 287.055, the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), for Term Contracts to provide Design and Project Management & Oversight (PMO) Services for Construction Projects. The DeSoto County School Board requests qualification proposals from experienced companies for requested services, as defined in the Eligibility specifications herein, for projects in which basic construction costs does not exceed $2 million, or for study activity when the fee for such professional service does not exceed $200,000.For the purposes of calculating the amount of a Bid or Protest Bond, this contract is valued at approximately $500,000.00; this is only an estimate and actual cost could vary up or down. The District will not be held responsible if actual cost is less than this amount.
