PHCD Vacant Unit Securing and Board-Up - Annie Coleman 014

This project is for the securing and boarding up of various vacant units throughout PHCD's portfolio, the locations are as follows: Annie Coleman 014 totaling to 160 units. Unit are to be secured utilizing US HUD's methods of securing/board up vacant properties, units are to be boarded up using 3/4" cdx plywood on the exterior of the opening of the doors and windows, and on the interior each opening will require (2) 2 x 4 x 8 with (4) 3/8" carriage bolt (steel or galvanized) with the appropriate washers and nuts to secure on from the interior, this project will include a 1 year warranty for any vandalized units, or the plywood should come down or off for any reasons, the vendor will have to come back out to re-secure the unit.

Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
