Woodsprings Drive Paving Project

The Town of Mount Airy is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified paving vendors to resurface approximately 250 feet of Woodsprings Drive. Woodsprings Drive is located inside the incorporated city limits of Mount Airy, Habersham County, Georgia The resurfacing of approximately 250 feet in length and approximately 20 feet wide, single lane roadway, or approximately 47 cubic yards. Patching, milling, and leveling to meet or exceed the standards set by Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). Leveling and smooth transition to existing surface on Woodsprings Drive. Bids must be complete and include: A. An itemized list of cost of materials and work to be performed. B. What type of Materials will be used. C. Copies of insurance coverage to include workers compensation and Liability Insurance. Moreover, bids must include a copy of the Business Licenses. All bids submitted shall be subject to acceptance or rejection and the Town of Mount Airy specifically reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities and formalities in the bidding. Bidder shall submit all required forms, if any, and information simultaneously with sealed bids. Any and all forms or information becomes part of the property of the Town of Mount Airy and will not be returned to bidders unless a written request to withdraw is received prior to deadline. Payment: When awarded, payment by the Town of Mount Airy will be the normal 30-day cycle, after the items are received.
