Boiler Replacement at Thompson Middle School

The contractor is responsible for removal and replacement of the BOILER-2 and all associated work including, but not limited to: 1. Isolate / shut down boiler 2. Pump out glycol into 55 gallon drums and store on site for reuse 3. Remove burner and controls from boiler (a) 4. Isolate gas and electric and system piping 5. Disassemble and remove the boiler in its entirety (b) 6. Supply and install a new Burnham V11H Series Boiler or equivalent that is compatible to existing 7. Supply and install a new Power Flame CR burner or equivalent that is compatible to existing 8. Supply and install a new Sage Boiler Control (SBC) that is compatible with existing 9. Insure that all components will work in concert with the existing EMC Controls and boiler 10. Refill boiler with fresh water; perform hydro-test 11. Drain boiler, pump glycol back into it 12. Put back on-line
