| Description | The Lipsey Architecture Center Buffalo (LACB), Buffalo, New York, is soliciting proposals from qualified environmental contractors (Contractor) to provide professional services which include, but are not limited to, asbestos air sampling, lead and mold sampling and project monitoring services and reporting on an as needed basis. The LACB invites all firms with prior demonstrative experience in providing such services to submit a proposal for consideration. The work is to take place at the Former Male Kitchen (Building 12) and Connector Building Link on the historic Richardson-Olmsted Campus in Buffalo, New York. Building 12 is a one-story building constructed in 1880 of random ashlar Medina sandstone. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. |
