Baltimore and Harford Counties - Statewide ADA Sidewalk Upgrades in District 4

This areawide project, located in Baltimore and Harford Counties, is for upgrades of sidewalk and ramps to be ADA compliant. The exact location of each project site is indeterminate at the time of bidding. Work will be performed as directed by the Engineer and may or may not be on a continual basis. The work will consist of the following; Construction of curb and gutter, sidewalk and pedestrian ramps; Driveway entrance adjustment and reconstruction; Adjust existing inlets, pipe and end section; Retaining wall reconstruction; Installation of metal handrail; Signing and pavement marking; Maintenance of traffic; Erosion and sediment control; Landscaping - Incidental labor, material and work to accomplish aforementioned items of work for the placement of new concrete sidewalk and/or replacement of existing sidewalk, curb ramps placement and replacement, curb and gutter, driveway tie-ins, and upgrade of existing pedestrian countdown signals to APS intergraded units.
