| Description | Sealed bids will be received by the Mercer County Purchasing Agent acting as Lead Agent on behalf of all contracting units located within the geographic boundaries of Mercer County for the Mercer County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System. NOTE: It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the bid package is uploaded by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery. Road materials for the county of mercer and the mercer county cooperative contract purchasing system for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend one (1) year It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. |
