Office Area Demolition - Hangar 2

The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWC-AD LKE) anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for office area demolition work in Hangar 2. This requirement includes the demolition, removal, and disposal of all existing above-slab features within an approximately 550 sq. ft. office area located in Hangar 2. Additionally, the anticipated contract shall require the Contractor to furnish, install, and paint new metal railing; clean, repair, patch, and level the existing concrete floor; and to apply approximately 650 sq. ft. of floor coating in both the office area and stairwell landing.
