Lihue UIC Well Injection Cleaning. The Director of Finance reserves the right to cancel this Invitation for Bid or to reject any or all bids in whole or in part if deemed to be in the best interest of the County. All prospective bidders shall have a Hawai'i State Contractor's License Type "A" or Specialty Licenses C-13, C-37, AND C-57 PRIOR to submittal of bids. This is a County Project funded by the County of Kaua'i.
