| Description | Provide Boiler Maintenance Services. This includes the furnishing of all material, labor, supervision, and Boiler Maintenance Service tools, supplies, and other expenses necessary to provide full annual service and preventative maintenance services on all boilers currently installed or being installed in Putnam County School District Buildings. The successful bidder will be required to perform routine annual preventative maintenance and inspections on boiler equipment as well as 24 hour, on-call services for these systems. Non-emergency complaints regarding the contractor's work/workmanship must be responded to within 24 hours. |
