Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for Sarasota Memorial Hospital Outpatient Gastroenterology Suite and Medical Professional Offices

The scope of work includes the interior renovation of level one and level two of an existing three-story medical office building located at 1852 Hillview Street, Sarasota, Florida 34239. The level one scope of work may include, but is not limited to, the design of approximately 5,331 square feet of a gastroenterology outpatient suite in the medical office building to include architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection programming, progressing to the design development, construction documents, permit documents, and construction administration through the approved Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Sarasota and Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. The level two scope of work may include approximately 7,831 square feet of medical professional offices and support spaces that includes but is not limited to architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection programming, progressing to the design development, construction documents, and construction administration through the approved Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Sarasota. The two levels shall be submitted to all applicable agencies for permitting and occupancy as two separate and distinct capital projects. Level one shall require State and Local agency submittals, inspections and approvals, respectively. Level two shall require Local agency submittal, inspection, and approval.
