Whitehall Football Stadium Improvements - General Construction

The project consists of alterations and improvements to the Whitehall High School Football Stadium located on Zephyr Boulevard in Whitehall, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. The project shall consist of replacement of the existing football field with a new synthetic football field and related site improvements. The Work shall also include re-roofing the existing field house, alterations/additions to the existing home/visitor bleachers including a new press box, and alterations/addition to the Team Building. General Construction Contract: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: a. Selective structure demolition as indicated. b. Concrete foundations, and floor slabs. c. Masonry work and site masonry work. d. Cold-formed metal framing system. e. Minor structural steel work/metal fabrications. f. Building insulation/foam-in-place insulation. g. EPDM membrane roofing system/metal gravel stops. h. Formed metal roof and wall panel systems. i. Hollow metal doors/frames, and door hardware. j. Windows and glazing. k. Miscellaneous items such as markerboards, metal lockers, flag pole. l. Toilet compartments and toilet room accessories, m. Hydraulic cement underlayment as needed. n. Joint sealants. o. Interior finishes including, but not limited to, gypsum board ceilings/bulkheads, ceramic tile, resinous flooring, and paint. p. Alterations/additions to the existing home/visitor grandstands including a new press box. 1) Work includes design and installation of all concrete foundations and structural steel framing required for new bleacher/press box construction. q. Asphalt paving and cement concrete paving. r. New synthetic turf system. s. Chain link fences and gates and football goal posts. t. Lawn areas/minor landscaping. u. Storm water system/underground detention system.
