Construction Repairs on 707 Hamilton Street

The Structure currently Needs the following work completed. The general scope of work to be completed is as followed. All labor cost to be based on Prevailing wages Rates and all line items to include labor and Material. (1) Removal of all existing siding cutting at attached unit and installing house wrap per local code and new vinyl siding and all necessary siding trim. Color of siding to be determined by Borough of Pottstown, (2) all windows and door frames to be capped with aluminum, (3) Five windows and Two steel exterior doors to be replaced. (4) all fascias and soffits will need to be painted, (5) Gutters and Down spouts to be replaced (6) replacement and paint approximately 100 sqf of 1” x 4” T&G on the front porch floor, (7) Demo work to include Removal of the side porch/addition and remove crawl space block to grade fill crawl space with suitable Material and enclose door opening according to code (8) removal of all Awnings. (9) All construction material and debris disposed of off the property.
