| Description | Provide complete snow & ice removal, mowing and grounds maintenance services for River Raisin National Battlefield Park located at 1403 E. Elm Avenue in Monroe, Michigan, and as specified herein. Work descriptions including surface types, approximate overall dimensions, and frequency of service are detailed in the specifications and maps. The contractor shall submit a per season (annual) bid for items “A” through “D” (the contract will run from the first day of February to the last day of January each year) and a total bid for the work cumulatively from February 2022 – January of 2027. The initial contract will be awarded for the base year with each subsequent year exercised as an option |
