Mounts Park Stream Restoration Project

For Mounts Park Stream Restoration Project Question Deadline 12/22/2022 at 4:30 PM ET Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "Mounts Park Project" and must have full name and address of the bidder on the envelope. The Board of Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities of bids should same be to the advantage of the Township. Any question specific to the bid documents or project should be referred to Ordesign Environmental Services, LLC 15 West 4th Street, Suite 400 Dayton, Ohio 45402 Work under this Project is generally defined as the construction of approximately 434 feet of new stream channel, the abandonment of approximately 1,680 feet of existing stream channel, The capping of an old landfill exposed in the existing stream channel, installation of a flume at the outfall of the lake, and construction of an approximate 1.3-acre wetland on the northern edge of the lake. All quantities presented in this specification are estimates and shall be confirmed by the Contractor prior to submittal of their bid. The Owner expects to proceed with the Project immediately after satisfactory acceptance and award of the construction bid and execution of the contract, with completion of all work within 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed
