The project scope includes the new construction of a 97,284-square-foot, a 10,025-square-foot, and five 1 story buildings with a total of 11,000-square feet as well as renovations to three buildings. Scope details for the renovations have not been released. As of December 2023, the project is in final design stage and seeking building permit approval from the City of Tallahassee. A final site plan was approved on December 30, 2022 and a height deviation on July 11, 2022. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection will not be disclosed by the owner.
