Village of Lodi Park Improvements: Fountain Repair and Playground Equipment Installation

Village of Lodi Park ImprovementsContractors are hereby invited to submit a Bid for a project in the Village of Lodi to purchase and install Playground Equipment in the Lodi Community Park. Should a question arise at any time during the examination of Bid Documents or investigation of the site, the Bidder may seek clarification by submitting a Pre-Bid Question. All Pre-Bid Questions should be submitted in writing to the DPS via email.DPS will provide a response to all questions submitted before a deadline of 4:00 PM, July 19, 2022. Responses to Pre-Bid Questions will be provided by Addendum, a copy of which will be emailed or faxed to each person receiving a set of Contract Documents. DPS is not obligated to respond to, or otherwise act upon, a Pre-Bid Question submitted after this deadline, but reserves the right to act upon any information received.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
