| Description | Afton Storm Sewer Basin/Manhoie/Drain inlets S-1 - S-17 to be cleaned and free of debris. S-1 and S-13 should be priority. a) Remove existing storm sewer manhole lid/cover to gain access b) Remove existing debris within the basin/manhole using a vacuum truck c) Once debris is removed, the contractor shall with the assistance of a hydro jet attempt to flush the basin/manhole to ensure that the manhole is not clogged within the outfall. 1.
