Description

128,000 gross square foot, three story building contains classrooms, laboratories and faculty offices. This project will renovate suite 2262 and 2264. The suite is approximately 700 sf and will encompass multiple testing and observation rooms as well as a reception area. The fit-out will included demolition and general construction of walls, doors, glazing and finishes, branch power distribution, LED fixtures, and modifications to the HVAC and fire protection systems.
