Construction of a new +/-79,500/sf Market Basket store with related site construction/improvements. Notes to Subs: **Non-Sitework Contractors I will need your pricing broken down as follows (as/where required): a.Shell (all scopes required to get warm dried in shell (i.e., less floor slabs, interior wall finish, HVAC distribution, etc.). b.Fit-Out **Sitework Contractors I will need your pricing broken down as follows: a.Site (site up to face of sidewalk curb) b.Shell (face of sidewalk curb through building foundations - including rough base interior slab preparation) c.Fit-up (trenching for undergrounds, final base concrete slab grading, etc.) d.We have obtained and added the geotechnical report as well as the balance of site plans for the center and they have been placed into a folder in the dropbox labeled "Site Plans - for reference only". At this time, we believe the major site work will be done under a separate contract, and we do not know who this will be. e.For this bid, expect the building pad to be delivered 2'-0 below FF. The front sidewalk will be delivered 4'-0 below finish grade. Loading dock pads and compactor pads will be delivered 6'-0 below finish grade. Include gravel base under the loading dock, compactor and stair pads.
