The Purpose of This Project is to Make Its Improvements, Including Dynamic Message Signs, Cctv, Wrong Way Detection, Real Time Volume Reporting, and Way Finding Static/hybrid Signs on Interstates 30, 40, 440, and Highway 440 in Various Counties. This Project Consists of Removal and Disposal Items, Earthwork, Aggregate Base Course, Achm Surface Course, Maintenance of Traffic, Concrete Ditch Paving, Guardrail, Wire Rope Safety Fence, Erosion Control, Traffic Signal Items, Sign Structures, Its Improvements, and Misc. The Underwriting Limitation of the Bonding Company Shall Be Adhered to. Any Excess (Between the Face Amount of the Bond and the Underwriting Limitation) Shall Be Protected by Reinsurance Provided by an Acceptable Reinsuring Company. These Contracts Are Subject to Normal Prequalification, Licensing and Bonding Requirements, Applicable Labor Laws, Non-discrimination Provisions, Wage Rate Laws and Other Federal Laws Including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. the Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 Also Apply.
